This option is still available, but you cannot have them all switched off
like you used to.
Microsoft removed that feature and decided on your behalf you did not want
to switch them all off.
Who do you think you are questing the decisions the Microsoft fools made in
your interest!!! - you are unbelievable <shaking head in disbelief at some
peoples evil thoughts>

I do not want to "snap" at you, but you might shook your head a little too much, because you forgot to tell me what are those options that are still available for me, even they are unfortunatelly limited by Big Brain MS
Thanks Kati

Kati dear, you are quite entitled to snap at me if I did not answer your
question correctly.

The options for snapping are in menu ARRANGE > SNAP then the fly-out menu -
dumb idea of the implementation from previous versions.

Type SNAP into the help box. The first two reply tells you how.

HELP has tons of answers.

Kati, that is the issue, you CANNOT turn it off completely in Publisher
2003.
MS decided you no longer need to do that.
Who do you think you are questioning MS decisions made on your behalf and
interests!!!
