I have created an Access (2003) application that sends reports out at 2:00 A.M. to a number of users as Snapshot file attachments. When the users double-click the attachment in Outlook (2002) it does not give them the option to disable "Always ask before opening this type of file". They can then open the file or save the file to disk. If they save the file to disk, no problem. If they try to open the file they get a dialog with a "xxxx.tmp" file listed and are asked to open that file. I have a workaround that is not very elegant (I associated .tmp files with Snapshot viewer executable) but I would like a more permanent solution. I have a feeling that this has something to do with my security settings on the server (Exchange 5.5) or Outlook (2002). Any ideas
