So has anyone figured out how to maintain font color

I installed the add-in to puiblish as pdf in Pub 2007.
Any colored fonts in the .pub file convert to black in the .pdf file.
Kind of defeats the purpose

The add-in adds in a function under the "File" tab called "Publish as pdf"
Other than that, I don't know how it works

I suggest that you download and install PrimoPDF. http://www.primopdf.com
It will install as a 'print' driver.

I can't reproduce your issue. Font color is preserved for me. Run the design
checker and see if that finds anything. Temporarily move the text box that
is changing on your to the bottom of your page so that it isn't overlapping
any other objects or design elements, and try Publish to PDF again. This
could suggest that it is your layout.

By the way, I have and like primopdf but the pdf add-in for Pub 2007 is
superior in my opinion, because of the different options available to it.
