some email addresses self populate some don't

Andy, I need to know

I am very curious as to why some e-mail addresses self populate when I start
to type them, and why some do not. I have made sure that everyone I send
e-mails to are in my contacts list, so I cannot understand why this is the
case. Any ideas anyone?

You are talking about the NickName cache which has nothing to do with your
Contacts folder, rather it has to do with people you have previously
emailed.
