Some Questions about Outlook

1. what's the max size of attachment for sending email?
2. newMail notifitor: when there is a new mail, can the tary be changed to
other until i check the mail? can it work with hotmail?
3. is there any function likes "To Do List"; calendar require time setting?
4. configure file backup; can i back up all of my setting?

That would depend on your mail server/ISP.

Don't understand the first part but, no, notification is not possible
on a Hotmail account.

to Q2, i mean tray icon on the start-bar.
of course, hotmail don't have such function. but what if i work with outlook
2003?

I don't have a hotmail account but I believe that Outlook alerts based on
new messages in the inbox regardless of the account they were received
through. I could be wrong however, you may want to configure your hotmail
account and test it.

I use Tasks for that.

Hotmail mail is not delivered into the Inbox - as it is http mail it has its
own set of folders.
