Sort By Attachment Doesn't Seem To Work Correctly

Hello,
When sorting by attachment what would be the default
second sort?

How to Reproduce: Sort by attachment by clicking the
column in your Inbox then look at the received date.

It doesn't seem to sort correctly by date, starts out fine
then when you get further down the list it starts again at
December. Is there any underlying issues that may cause
this to happen. User is running Outlook 2000 with SR-1
and I am running Outlook 2000 with SP3 so I know there
isn't a conflict there.

Please help.

You can adjust the sorts directly with View | Current View | Customize
Current View | Sort.
