sort messages by both "from" and "to"

In Outlook 2003 I would like a way to easily see both all the message from a given person and to that person. This is sort of a way to manage my extended conversation with that individual as it goes from subject to subject.

I've explored all the optins and can't find a way to do this. Any suggestions
