Sorting contacts in Outlook XP and Outlook 2003

When I go to the address book to find someone, they sort by first
name. How do I fix this to last name?

Use to be able to do it, but the path I used to take no longer exists.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
