Shift to outline view and show heading level only. Then
use Table>Sort to sort by paragraphs. Expand to display
all and shift back to normal or print layout view.
Ensure your headings have the same heading style, In
outline view collapse document to desired headings either
use the up and down arrows (outline tool bar) to move
headings in the desired order; or highlight the headings
select Tables/Sort.
