Sound doesn't play second time a slide is viewed

I created a powerpoint presentation with sound. I packaged it for CD and
everything works fine. I have Index, back and forward buttons to let users
navigate through the presentation. When a customer uses a button and returns
to a slide the sound does not play. Any ideas?

That works great! However, I am working with voice recordings. When I go back
to a slide the voice over from the first slide is still running. Any Ideas?
