sound plays but no movie

I cannot get my movie picture to play. The sound is ok but on this computer
the picture won't show in my Power Point presentation.

Probably the path length is too long. Shorten it and see if it works.

To do so, create a test folder in C:\ drive.
Move the movie and ppt to the folder.
Open the ppt.
Reinsert the video into the PPT file and see if it plays.
