Space between slides

When I try to view my slides in 50% there are large spaces between the
slides?? Any suggestions?

When you view them how?

Slide sorter? Handout? Thumbnail?

Also what version of PowerPoint?

You'll need to explain further. Is this in normal view? At 50% the slides take
up less space, so there is unused space all around them. I guess I don't
understand the question or your expectations.
