Spacer.gif ascept ratio won't turn off.

I did that online tutorial on Table and Cell widths.

In dealing with the spacer.gif it says to turn off Aspect Ratio. Everytime I
do, if I go back in it is on. I have clicked OK and not Cancel.

Why can't I turnd spacer.gif aspect ration off?

Are you also setting the image size different from it's default size?
