Spacing After Numbering Value (Word 2007)

Numbered list with Spacing after the Numbering Value (Word 2007):

One) When in the course of human events, it becomes
necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected
them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate
and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them,
a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare
the causes which impel them to the separation

For the above example , if stored as Word 2007 xml,

· The spacing after the numbering value “One)†is not available in
the xml.

· The value “One)†is not available in the xml either. It is
“calculated†when opened in Word.



Numbered list with Spacing after the Numbering Value (Word 2003):

The same numbered list when tried in Word 2003, would have in the xml:

· Wx:t – provides the number value “One.â€

· Wx:wTabBefore – provides the spacing before the number value

· Wx:wTabAfter - provides the spacing After the numbering value



This information helped us maintain the numbering value and the spacing
correctly in the html (that we generate), vis-à-vis the word version. Could
anyone let me know how to resolve this issue in Word 2007.
