the red spam/delete button in gone. What did I do, and how do I get it back

What red button where? Are we talking about the Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail

Yes, it is (was) on the outlook menu bar. You selected the email you wanted to delete, hit the SPAM button, and it deleted the original sender address instead of the phony ones! Any clues?

This is not an Outlook option. Reinstall the anti-spam add-in you were using
or check with the vendor.
