"Spam" in the subject line.

I am using Outlook 2003 for my email and have set some
senders as being "safe".

The program keeps adding the word "SPAM" to the begining
of messages I am receiving from one of the safe senders.

Am I missing a setting somewhere? I have added both the
domain and send address to the acceptable list in the
setup, and the address is contained within my contacts
list which is selected as being safe also.

This is no big deal but it is an aggrivation to see that
Outlook has tagged the messages as spam.

Any help would be appreciated,
JAKinnaird

This is not caused by Outlook.

Either you or your provider is running an anti-spam tool that does this. If
it is not you contact your provider.

Roady,
Thanks for the post, I have checked my virus software and
guess what, it is indeed adding the spam tag to the email!

I was so sure that Outlook was the only program even
looking at the email that I never even considered
anythging else.

Thanks for reminding me that I should look elsewhere once
in a while.
