Special tab?

I would like to create "tab"? or way to automatically go to certain places
in a document to enter text. I am using the document over but entering
different sentences depending on response needed.

Any suggestions appreciated!

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm.

If there are a limited number of phrases that you'll use, you can use a
drop-down box. Otherwise you can use a text field and type what you want. If
you want to be able to change anything in the document other than the
fields, explore the AutoTextList field instead.
