Speech recognition train profile in Word 2003 does not work

I have Word 2003 and I try to use Speech Recognition in dictation
When I click Tools , Training to make train profile, it does not do anything

Please help me to train my profile for doing dictation

You MUST be running in US English, with US English set as your language, and
your Operating System Locale set to US English. Otherwise, Speech
Recognition is disabled.

That's because, unless you speak with a middle American accent, recognition
accuracy is appalling Sorry: It's US English only in that version.
