Spell check different language when replying

I have the problem of different spell check languages when using outlook. If
i send an email it checks in English(Austalian) but when i reply or foward it
spell checks in English(US). All reagional settings and language settings
are set to English ( Australian). I am using Outlook 2003 (11.6359.8107) SP1
with Word 2003 SP2 as the email editor as i need the emails to be sent in
html. Can anyone please advise on what i can do.
