OK.
That's great for those that understand Macros and VB...but if not I guess
they are out of luck.

You don't have to understand what the macro does, you just have to copy it
from the web page and paste it into your template. This article explains how

OK, I guess that's fair enough.
I see this as possibly getting pretty big if there are several (could be
dozens) forms to do this to though.

You can set the macro up in a global template and put special menu commands
or toolbars in the global template. I have mine set so that a toolbar with
the spellcheck macro pops up when it encounters a document protected for
forms being opened.
