Spell check in Outlook

Help...

I am running Microsoft Outlook 2002. I am based in the UK
and I have all my settings set to the UK. This includes
country settings on Control Panel and in Outlook for
spell checking.

When I receive some emails (from the States for example),
my spell check reverts back to language US.

Any ideas how to stop this?
