Spell Check Problems

T

Tim

Hi there

I am running Terminal services in a windows 2000 SBS environment. I have the office 97 suite installed on the Terminal Server and have no Spell check available on the client PC's, the actual Spellcheck Tab is greyed out on each client PC except for on the Server, it is running fine. I can't find any documentation on this issue and the spellcheck also does not work within other MS office items. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

I assume that Power Users and Admins do not experience this problem?

If this is the case then it's the User's who do not have sufficient rights
to the following reg key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing Tools\Spelling

Give users at least Set Value and Create Subkey special permissions to the
above key.
