Spell Checker Won't Work in Outlook Express 6

I am running Windows XP and Works Suite 2004 (which uses Microsoft Word). I
have checked the settings in the browser of Internet Explorer and it is all
correct.

When I click on Spell Check in Outlook Express 6, I get this message:
Microsoft Picture It! Photo Premium 9
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM. Insert the disk.

I have never heard of Picture It, let alone have it.
All I want to do is use the spell checker. Any ideas how to fix this?

None of the products you mentioned are covered in this newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for Office Outlook, not Outlook Express, not Works, not Picture
It. Start in microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

I figured it out. I found that Picture It was somehow on my computer, so I
uninstalled it, checked the box for Outlook Express to offer correct spelling
options, and it works fine.
