Hello,

I have Office 2003. How do I enable spellcheck on a protected document
without unprotecting it?

Found the answer to this question here
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/SpellcheckProtectDoc.htm

As a side note to the Moderators here, I payed extra for the Managed News
Group subscription to TechNet ( arguably the most usless tech support
database on the planet and the only thing it has been good for is the books
that come on DVD) and not so much as a reply letting me know someone out
there is even looking into the situation.

Undoubtly intense Googleing has always proved to be much more profitable in
the answer department. Compaired to the "Insider's Support" at Linspire,
where I paid only $99 for the OS and the support [I got TechNet for $549 on
sale] and Lispire has always had an answer to my problem - usually the same
day.

I'd also say that lucky for M$ that I am NOT the final decision maker in
this company or else I would switch to Novell and Linspire all together.

This is not an attack on the Moderators of this forum, whom from what I can
tell by reading the post they do reply to are courteous, and helpful, rather
it is an expression of frustration with the entire business model of
Microsoft and it's leadership.

Best regards to all the Mods here,

Norm

PS: And to you users who ask questions and then never followup on how you
resolved the issue, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Especialy if you are
an IT Professional of any sort.
