Spelling check concatenated words delimited by caps; e.g. GoHomeNo

Enhance MS Office spelling check engine to spell check concatenated words and
spell check individual words.

E.g.

goHomeNow it broken out to "go Home Now" and are spell checked individually
making "goHomeNow" a valid word grouping. It's primarly used for programming
variable naming and database table/column naming so the spell check won't
think the spelling is wrong, and it can catch spelling errors within
concatenated words.

I hope this useful for others too.

That's inconvenient, I might be using other variables from different
projects, etc.

And you don't think that run together words not getting flagged won't be
"inconvenient" for 99.999% of the other users?
