Spelling Check Settings

Wondering if I need to change my spelling settings - when running a spell
check it misses when I type the same word twice. For example - word did not
even flag the following

......material shipments that that have been offered.....

Hi =?Utf-8?B?RXJpa2E=?=,

since "that that" is sometimes acceptable in the English language, the spell
check won't mark this particular combination.
