When I write such as OTU on the word or excell spelling checks correct it as OUT which I don' t want. How can i prevent it?

Any idea please?

For occasional use, control-z to Undo the AutoCorrect directly after it
happens. For always, go into Tools | AutoCorrect, type otu into the
Replace box, and then delete the entry for otu that appears in the list
below.

While you are there, click on the AutoFormat as You Type tab and see if
there might be anything else you want to turn off, as that is where Word
gets most of its automation from.

Go to tools/autocorrect. You can either remove the word
otu (if this is the only one that cocerns you) from the
list of autocorrect words, or you can deselect "Replace as
you type" and words will not be replaced.
