Split textbox

Yes, I mean visually and content also. suppose a textbox contains 4 line of
text having height of 2 inch, then after splitting two textbox need to be
appear containing 2 line each and height of 1 inch each.

You will need to create a second textbox, (pragmatically) parse the text as
desired, and then copy the selected text to the second textbox.
