SPREADSHEET CRASHES WHEN I USE MACROS ON DATABASE SPREADSHEET

I use excel to make up schedules for panel of docs. It seems like most of the time I use Macros to fill in their names. My spreadsheet crashes and I lose my data. Very annoying.

You'll have to supply some more data about what you are trying to do. Excel
2008 does not execute any VB macros. How are you using macros, and what
happens?
