I am having a problem opening up word and excel. When I do it tries to
install an update to 2000 Premium. My disk is damaged and I cannot put it in
as requested. Does anyone know what to do without a disk?
I have tried installing the SR1 update but it asks for my disk and it does
not read it once I put it in since it is damaged.
