Sarah--
I'm not aware that is a conflict but I haven't searched every possible place
to see. Why not try 3 things in this order (one or all of them):
1) Run System File Checker in case more files than Streets and Trips files
are corrupted.
System File Checker checks your files, dlls, ect. for corruption and then
goes to the Dllcache folder on your hard drive or your CD-Rom to replace
them with intact files. Have your CD-Rom handy, and you may have to hit
"retry" many times to get it done if a dialogue box pops up. You can check
to see if it ran successfully by going to
Start>Run>Eventvwr.msc>System>Windows File Protection at the time you ran
it.

2) If not fixed, do a System Restore if you have a restore point prior to
the problem. You can always undo the restore if you don't like the result.
3) Uninstall and reinstall S&T.
