Standardizing Email Messages

We recently invested in a new look and feel for the company. I have
discovered a way to enforce the signatures and disclaimer with the new
branding, but now I need to enforce the body. I'm looking for a way
to enforce the use of a font, size, and color. Any suggestion will
be appreciated.
