Staples sets together - no collate option

If I send a file from MS Project to the printer and want 5 sets stapled, it
staples all 5 set together as one. In Word, I would uncheck the collate box
on the Word dialog window, but I don't see that collate option in MS Project.
Any suggestions?

If you can collate in Word it should work in Project. (I use 2003)

Make sure you select File - Print - Properties
(If you go through print preview you will not be able to)
Then in the finishing tab you will find that you can change the set up

Perhaps I did not make my question clear enough. On some multifunctional
printers, when the applications collate box is checked (you see this checkbox
when you click File, Print and the app's dialog window opens). When you want
several sets of your file and you want each set stapled, if you don't UNcheck
the box, it causes all the sets to be stapled together as one big set. Word
and Excel have that checkbox, but I don't see a checkbox on that dialog
window in MS Project. The app's collate conflicts somehow with the print
driver. This is common, but looking for a way around it for project.

Check if you have the latest driver for your printer. (not sure how) I can't
replicate what you get because in my property setting it shows collate. I
always believed that if a printer can collate then this should be shown in
its properties.

Wish you luck
