Start Iexplorer instead of Netscape

Hoi

I won't to start Iexplorer instead of Netscape, when
selecting a URL link in Outlook 2000 formatted in HTML.

In control panel, internet options, programs, make sure you have a tickbox
next to "IE should check to see if it is the default browser" - open IE and
see if it prompts you to select it as the default browser.
