start w/a BLANK business card Avery 8869

I do NOT want a template that is already designed. I want a BLANK business
card template that will work with Avery 8869 or Avery 8373. HELP! PLEASE!

Page setup, Advanced on the right, Layout Type, Multiple pages per sheet, click
OK.
