Starting Outlook

The "Day", "Work Week", etc shows as Untitled Appointment and "Busy"... and
the lighter color (Work Week) hours are 8am-5pm....Is there any way to change
this????

Not sure what you're referring to by "Untitled Appointment" stuff but you
can change the work hours here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar
