Starting Outlook

I have a hotmail account, but want to use the outlook program for my Hotmail
email. Is this possible, and how do I configure the system to do it?

Your hotmail account must be a POP3 type of account, i.e., paid account.

If you have a Hotmail Plus or Hotmail Premium accont you can use Outlook to
access is as an HTTP account. If you have a free Hotmail account, probably
not, unless you've had it for a long time and have received a messages from
MSN stating thay they'll allow it.
