Startup problems

when i try to start outlook the message below comes up.


Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting
Outlook in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a
startup problem in order to successfully start the
program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.

Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?

I have followed instructions in the help menu,it suggest
to see if any add-ins have been disabled but no items
have been dissabled has.

anyone any ideas

Have you tried going to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Microsoft
Office and have it do a "Detect and Repair" installation?
