Stationary and Signature not lining up

Hi,

I have outlook 2003 on an xp pc. I am having trouble getting my stationary
and outlook to line up correctly. I have a company logo as the stationary
and I have my signature which has three lines. The first has my name, the
second my company and the third my phone number. The problem is that when I
go to create a new note, the name from my signature appears first, followed
by the logo which is indented to the right a few inches. Then the Company
line and the phone appear afterwards. If my signature is only two lines then
the name from my signature will appear first followed by the indented logo
and then the second line of my signature. What I want is for all three lines
of the signature to appear first followed by the logo.

Also, is there a button I can create on a new e-mail note that will give me
alternative signatures? I have two signatures. One has an 800 number and
the other doesn't. I want to use the 800 number will 20 % of my notes but I
don't want to have to go into tools => Mail Options and change it every time.

Thanks,
