I'm fairly new to the OUTLOOK format myself; and it took me a while to
discover this, but maybe this is what you are after?
If you go up to the menu bar ACTIONS > NEW MESSAGE USING the stationery is
listed there (one's you've recently used), or you can do a select option etc.
