Status error

I have a project with 28 total tasks, I have a few summary tasks and one
project summary task. It appears that the summary tasks give the #2 Future
Task, but display the red icon. The setup is status=2 tiel and status=3 red.
So it shows red when it is a future task. WHY? Is it something related to
it being a summary task? I need help ASAP!!!

CORRECTION:
All the subtasks to the summary are future tasks = #2 and show tiel which is
correct. However, the Summary Task shows Future Task =#3 and shows Red. So
Red is showing for a #3 which is correct, but why is it a # 3 for a future
task?

What do you mean by #2 tasks and #3tasks? The tasks in red, if I'm
interpreting you right, are critical tasks. The tasks in blue are
non-critical.

No, unfortunately it didn't.
I have a couple summary tasks with two tasks under each. All the dates for
these tasks are in the future. WHen you show status, the status for these is
"Future Task" which is correct. A "Future Task" returns a standard value of
3. A "Late" Status returns a value of 2. I set my indicators that a 3 for
future got a tiel stop light and a 2 for late got a red stop light. However,
the two summary tasks both have a status of "Future task" which is correct,
but are returning a value of 2 and thus the stop light is red. That is the
problem. Why does a status of Future Task return a value of 2 and not 3?
