Does anybody know how to stop browsers from being able to
right click on a photo and save it to their system. In
other words how can I protect copyrights on published
photos. I have seen this on websites.

Thanks
Jeff

Best thing to do is add a watermark to your pictures, it won't stop it being
taken but you will be able to tell it yours...

Only us 'geeks' may have known about pulling it from the
cache, but with all the companies spamming about how your
temp int files have all this more and more people know about
it.
Another thing to consider is that all one needs to do is go
into their Internet Options and disable javascript and
presto the right mouse button works. I read up on this a
few days ago and it seems alot of people are suggesting not
to use the scripts basically saying that it is amateurish
amongst other things

: THANK_YOU, That will do nicely.. I believe this will
: prevent much of it's use. For the most part, only us
: computer geeks know how to access data in the cache..
:
: Again THANKS...

I think you should also consider who you are trying to protect yourself
against. For example, my mother-in-law is not going to know about how to
get images from cache, but she's also not the one who will try to get your
images. It seems to me that the person who might want to take your images
is perhaps a Web developer who is going to know very well how to circumvent
your attempts at thwarting them.
