Stop sending a email with a blank subject line

Hi all,

I always send a email message with a blank subject line, and I hate it. Can't anyone tell me how to make the outlook check for a blank subject line before the message is sent.

Thanks a million!

There is no such feature, but you can build it in with a little Outlook
2000/2002 VBA code:

Private Sub Application_ItemSend _
(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
If Item.Subject = "" Then
Cancel = True
MsgBox "Please fill in the subject before sending.", _
vbExclamation, "Missing Subject"
End If
End Sub

If you're new to Outlook VBA macros, these web pages should help you get
started:
