Stop the balloon tips in the taskbar for Communicator

Every time I click the closed option to send Communicator to the taskbar, I
get an annoying balloon tip that says: Communicator will continue to run so
that you can receive alerts and instant messages..." I don't want to see this
every time--how do I make it stop?
