Stop Window from appearing after copying and pasting a cell?

When I copy and paste a cell that contains a formula with "VLOOKUP"
which references a table within the excel file, see below, a dialog
window appears titled "update values". The cell in question has no
outside references and only uses other cells within the current
workbook within its formula. Does anyone know how to stop this window
from popping up when I copy a cell like this?

This is in Excel 2007.

=VLOOKUP($B53,MenuData,2, FALSE) ---- where "MenuData" is a table
within a workbook of the same excel file.
