straighten a picture in Picture It Express 9 office 2003?

My software Picture It Express 9 photo editor was replaced with a newer
version when I installed Office 2003. I cannot find a way to straighten a
picture which is something I used a lot in my previous version. If there is
no way to straighten a picture in the new version I will be very disappointed
in the software.
Pleave advise.

Picture It, Express or otherwise, has never been a part of Microsoft Office.
Installing Office 2003 would not effect any Picture It installation other
than by changing the file associations to Microsoft Picture Manager 2003. If
you had Picture It Express installed, you still do and can change the file
associations back if you desire.

If you had a version of Office prior to 2003 installed, that version
included a Microsoft Photo Editor. Are you perhaps confusing the Photo
Editor with Picture It? If so, Photo Editor would have been replaced by
Picture Manager when you installed Office 2003. If this replacement is what
happen, others have posted that you can re-install Photo Editor from your
prior Office CD without installing the rest of the prior Office. I have not
done so myself as I have other photo editor preferences and did not use
Microsoft Photo Editor from Office.
