Strange glitch

Hi folks.

Here's an interesting problem... When a certain user uses a certain PC, they
can't access email attachments. When you try to open an attachment, it just
says "Access Denied". I've never seen this before - I have no idea why this
is happening. (We're using Outlook 2000; it worked fine on this PC before.
The user in question is new, so I suppose it's possible their account is set
wrong somehow... I don't know if anyone else has the same problem with this
PC, or if this user has the same problem with any other PCs...)

Any ideas?
