Strange issue with meeting requests

S

syberage

- User A sends out a meeting request to User B (only).
- User B (only) receives the meeting request.
- User B accepts the meeting request.
- Both User A and another user, User C (!) receives the response!!!

How did User C come into the picture?? Any pointers?!? I'm at my wit's end
trying to figure it out. There are no rules defined under outlook 'rules and
alerts'. User A's calendar is not shared with User C.

I don't want user C to get any responses for meetings that User A schedules
with other users...

Please help!!!

User A has User C as a Delegate and or User C is a recipient of User A's
mail.

It is best to check this via Exchange, sometimes rougue delegates do not
show
up in the clients Outlook but it will show in the exchange.
