Strange Mailbox visible

M

MeierSepp

Hi there.

I am running Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627) on WinNT 4 with an Exchange
Server 5.5.

In my Foldere List I can see a colleague's Mailbox.
When I try to expand the folder, it says:
"Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened."
A right click results in the same error message.
When I click ON the Mailbox folder, I get a grey screen and it says:
"Unable to diplay the folder. The operation failed."

Anybody got an idea, how to get rid of this useless Mailbox?

Thanks,

Sepp

Goto TOOLS | SERVICES | select your Exchange server,
select properties - Click on Advanced Tab and remove the
unnecessary mailbox.

If you do need to view that mailbox, then have the mailbox
owner make you a delegate from within their Outlook Client.

Tools | options | delegates.
