strange outlook error

Hi a user got a popup error on her oultook it read as follows:
"Unable to update public free/busy data. The microsoft exchange server
computer is not available. Either there are network rpoblems or the
microsoft exchange server computer is down for maintenance"


They are still able to send and recieve messages.. any ideas?

Does this continue to occur? By default free/busy information is updated
every 15 minutes. If the server/connection/client had a hickup at that
specific time this behaviour is normal. If it continues to happen you could
start Outlook from Start-> Run with the /cleanfreebusy command line switch.
